Breast Augmentation surgery is 15% off until June 30th. If you want to get a head start on your consultation, click on the box in the lower right hand corner of our website. You can then anonymously pose your questions and securely upload your photos. I will personally review them and get back to you with my thoughts and a price quote.
If you want to go ahead, we’ll still need to meet to talk about the specifics. Here are the 5 things we’ll talk about when talking breast implant surgery:

1. Implant Type:

This means saline vs. silicone. Although saline implants aren’t “bad”, about 80% of women in the U.S. (and virtually all women in other countries) get silicone implants. Why? Because silicone looks and feels more like natural breast tissue and the chance of seeing rippling is much less than with saline implants. I use “textured” silicone implants which further minimizes the chance of visible rippling.

2. Implant Size:

Deciding on an implant size is ultimately a combination of your thoughts on how you want to look, fused with my thoughts about what implant I think will fulfill your goals. Modern implants have three profiles (meaning how far the implant projects away from your chest) for any given implant width. This allows us to have plenty of options to choose from to get the exact look you want.

3. Implant Shape:

If you want a full upper pole (the part of your breast highest up on your chest), then round implants are probably for you. If you’d prefer a more gradual slope, a teardrop shaped implant may be better for you. If you have a long torso, a shaped implant may also be the right choice. I’ll help you decide.

4. Incision Placement:

Most patients are candidates for incision placement either in the underarm, under the areola and under the breast. Some incisions are preferred in some patients and I can help you decide which is right for you.

5. Muscle Plane:

For the vast majority of patients, I place the implant under the chest muscle. This serves to minimize complications. For some patients, placement above the muscle may be appropriate.

So there you go. Easy, anonymous computing from home, then 5 questions to answer in the office. What could be easier? And on top of all that, the surgery is now 15% off! If you’ve been thinking bout breast implants, it doesn’t get much better than this!
